Blog Rebranding - No more "Oil Change: Their are Killers in Your Food!" The Blog is Now Called "Stop Clowning with our Food!"

We have rebranded the Blog and changed the name. A few of you know the history of the blog which started out as a 2006 film about the dangers of Trans Fat. Back then Trans Fat was in a lot of foods in the United States. Most Trans Fat was called "Partially Hydrogenated Oil" which was a chemical process that changed oil to make it shelf stable and more like melted butter but with a longer shelf life. Unfortunately this altered oil caused heart attacks and strokes. Some food companies were very slow at removing this oil from their products. They only did so when the US government forced them to. Oil Change the Movie had funding secured in 2005/2006 for completion of the movie but a few bad actors in the food industry got the one major movie studio to pull their funding thus ending the development of the film. But the dream lived on in the Blog and we learned about and warned our loyal readers about many possible dangerous ingredients in the food supply. Trans Fat was only one of many bad ingredients that if eaten over time can damage your health. The new name "Stop Clowning with our Food!" better reflects this expanded and more accurate view. Goodbye Oil Change, The Movie. Your time has ended.

John Mann, a British politician, has made similar requests.
